BuilderBlasts.com publishes a monthly e-newsletter for Realtors containing updated information on the Co-Operating Broker Programs at select New Home & Condominium Communities around the GTA.
With over 30,000 subscribers, this newsletter is the largest of its kind geared specifically to the Realtor ® / Broker Market from Toronto and around the GTA.

- Ad Schedule Dates for inclusion in Newsletter
Timing: The BuilderBlasts.com newsletter is typically emailed out on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Ads received by 6:00pm on the 2nd Monday of the month and guaranteed inclusion into the next eblast. Ads received after the deadline (on the Tuesday or Wednesday of the blast week) may still be able to be accomodated - or may have to wait until the following month. Please check with your sales representative for last minute inclusions.
Realtor Eblasts are also available through our BrokerBlasts.com service.
- Results Read Rates, Click throughs, etc.
Details: Our system tracks all email opens (reads) and link clicks of the BuilderBlasts.com newsletter. Reports are prepared after every eblast that indicates the number of individual Real Estate Agents that read the email, the number of times the email was read as well as the number of times each link (ad) within the email was clicked.
We prepare the reports twice for each newsletter - one 24 hours after the newsletter was emailed out and another one 1 week later.
Stats: Our unique reads are typically between 11% and 17% - resulting in between 3500 and 5500 individual Realtors reading the eblast. The email is read on average about 1.7 times by each Realtor. - Pricing Co-Broke listing / banner ad
Costs: There are two advertising programs available within each BuilderBlasts.com email newsletter - the Co-operating Broker Program Community Listings (or MLS listings) and the Banner Ad listings.
Builder Listings / MLS Listings: Listings of Communities by New Home / Condo Builders offering a Co-operating broker program or a Realtor's individal MLS listings are available for inclusion in the Listings section of each email newsletter at a cost of $990 per listing. Listings are shown in order of the amount of co-operating broker commission paid per sale with the highest commission % at the top.
Banner Ads: Banner ads are sold on a first come, first serve basis. There are a limited number of banner ads available within each newsletter. They are available to any company that is targeting Realtors in the Toronto / GTA area. Banner ads are broken down into 3 categories:
- 1. Main Banners: 120 x 240 vertical banner appearing in the top header section of the email - priced at $990
- 2. Standard Banners: 468 x 60 horizontal banner appearing at the bottom of the newsletter - priced at $790
- 3. Button Banners: 120 x 60 horizonal banner appearing at the bottom of the newsletter - priced at $490
Banner file types accepted: gif (animated or static) or JPEG. Maximum file size 50kb. Custom Banner ads by request.

Demographics: The monthly newsletter has over 30,000 Real Estate Agent subscribers from Toronto and the GTA. The majority of these agents are TREB members however, we also have agents that are members of other real estate boards such as Durham Region and the Milton - Oakville board. In addition to Realtor subscribers, other subscribers to the newsletter include individuals from: new homes / condo sales offices, builder's head offices, marketing companies, development companies, etc.
